I used an old brown dust cover paper off an antique print for the hand. The background paper is from a 19th century French letter. The tiny ring is a shimmering gold metallic dot on a narrow band. It was cut from paper that was on the back of a Florentine picture frame. The decorative band on the cuff is also from the Florentine paper.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis piece measures about 5 1\/2” x 3 1\/8” when closed. It is 5 1\/2” x 6 1\/8” opened.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI always hand cut my hearts and hands with big utility scissors.
